All members must comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, whether they hold a Free or Gold membership.

"Acceptable Use Policy" which you can read HERE.
All members must have access to a Paypal account, of the "Premier" or "Merchant" type in order to sell our Discount Certificates over the Internet. Members must be a minimum of 18 years of age in order to open a Paypal account. For members who are less than 18 years old, they will need to get a parent to open an account on their behalf, however the SAA membership account can be opened in the underage person's name so that they can post to their personal blog all of their successes for their supporters to share.
Certified SAA Discount Certificates will only be issued to a buyer after payment has been received from the member from whose web page it was purchased.
Any refund request by a buyer shall be honored by the member prior to any
refund being issued by SAA to the member.
Any disagreement over the redemption of a Discount Certificate between the buyer and a merchant shall be arbitrated by an SAA administration representative.
Postings to a member's personal blog shall always be respectful, in both language and image, as well as comments posted to other members blogs or SAA forum topics.
The administration of SupportAnAthlete reserves the right to suspend, or cancel any member's account for infractions to the above terms and conditions, or to the Acceptable Use Policy, or any other behaviour which is deemed to be objectionable, illegal, abusive or offensive in any way, at their discretion, and all their decisions shall be final and without recourse.
